HomeMy WebLinkAboutThe Brussels Post, 1977-05-25, Page 39last article that. I write for the School Page, ever. I'm going to college next year and I'll never return to Madill as a student again. Mind you my mind might wander back on occasion but basically this is it. It is with some regret that I write this article yet I feeLthat it's time I handed the job over to someone else. I found that like anything else in life if you devoted some time to it you gained a valuable experience. I hope that whoever takes the job of. editor next year can do half the job that Joan did this year. It is very frustrating when students don't hand in their articles in time,. I've been guilty of that myself. Writing for the "Page" has helped me to develop my writing skills which some people might say are very limited. Regardless of whether I am destined to become a writer or not I have been able to voice my opinions on hot issues around and about the school through the "Page". This time of the year is very trying for students. The sun ,is bright but some of our spirits aren't when we think about the upcoming exams. There are only fouiteen days left until' school is out so hang in there everybody. During the summer some of us will. be working, others will be travelling and some of us will stay at home, Whatever you do, make good use of every minute of the holiday. Come back to school, college or university in the fall refreshed and relaxed. Be anxious to learn again! As a retiring co-editor of the Madill M irror I'd like to wish every student at ,Madill good luck for the future and "Que, sera, sera", Mary Anne Alton, Co-Editor MURRAVNAUNT Experienced As FARMER SMALL BUSINESSMAN BROADCASTER LEGISLATOR He knows......
