BRUSSELS POST, MAY 11, 1977 —17 heel n" Dealers elect officers Clinton Wheel n' Dealers - Modern Square Dance Club recently elected officers for the coming year at the Clinton Public School. They are: Immediate Past President - Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Shobbrook; Presidents, Mr. and Mrs: Bert Lyons; Vice Presidents - Mr. and Mrs. Norman Wightman; Secretar ies - Mr. and Mrs. Gerald McLowell; Treasurers - Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Elliott; Publicity - Mr. and Mrs. 'D'on Watson. Decorating committee - Mr. and Mrs. Charles Merrill, Mr. and Mrs. harry Lear, Mr. and Mrs. Dick Morgan, Mr. and Mrs. James Wilson. Lunch committee - Mr. and Mrs, Len Arch ambault, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Honking, Mr. and Mrs, Cliff Eecly. The last dance of the season was held May 4 at the Clinton Public School with Glenn Patterson (Squa.res) and Mrs. Lois ,(Er'. Wise (Rounds) being very cap)able callers.. A special lunch was held at the close of the dance. Coming events for the summer include: June 11 - Dancing 8:30 - 10:45 p.m. at Hullett Central School, Londesboro, July 8 - Demonstration of dancing for Jubilee 3 - Goderich July 23 - Bayfield Town Hall. August 27 - Seaforth Lions Pavil- lion. At their regular meeting May Grey Township Council enewed an agreement with arold McCallum for rent of the aste disposal site. The rent was- et at $500 per year, subject to the approval of McKillop and Morris ownships. A tender from Pollard Bros. united, of Harrow, to supply iquid calcium chloride for ownship roads at $89 per flake on was accepted by council, bject to the approval of the nistry of Transportation and Conirnunications A court of revision on the McDonald Municipal Drain 'heard an appeal from Ralph Traviss part Lot 1, concession 181- Council voted to reduce Mr. Traviss' /assessment by $500. The assessment of Herbert Traviss was increased. by $400. The assessment for concession road 17-18 was increased $100. Council voted to pay Wayne and Harold Smith Construction the balance of the maintenance h oldback of $3,521.75. An admission grant of $126 for 1976 was approved for payment to Seaforth Community Hospital. Council also voted to pay $3.00 for each Township res ident 'admitted to the hoSpital in 1977 and 1978. Building permits were granted to. Cornelius Schyff, . house; Ernest Lewington, mobile home; Fred W.
