The Brussels 4-H Dairy Call
Club got organized at the home of
Mr. and Mrs. Ken Innes of
Brussels on April 19.
Elected as officers were:
president - Peter Dyk; Vice
president - Maurice Flood; Secre-
tary and press reporter - Cathy
Boneschansker,
Junior leaders elected were
Cathy Boneschansker, Peter Dyk,
John Dyk and Maurice Flood.
Members decided to have a
judging day May 7. They will
judge all types of livestock and
crops. Extra points will be given
for this day.
• The next meeting will be held
Tuesday, May 24 at 8:00 p.m. at
John Boneschansker's place.

go, the Board has helped

"We're trying to find the

ction. If we can improve the

prove the efficiency of the

The Board, funded by the
Ontario Ministry of Agriculture
and Food, is made up of five
producers who represent various
facets of the agricultural industry
and different parts of the
provin ce.
Mr. Kessler, who handles
inquiries and complaints from
farmers, is the only full-time
employee of the Board.
"Most of the cases we deal
with concern warranty problems
and difficulties in obtaining parts.
We try to protect the agricultural
producer as a consumer. We will
investigate problems and try to
solve them for the producer."
