The juvenile faces two counts of auto theft. , Police said one car and two trucks were stolen from Wingham and parts were taken in Wingham, Seaforth, Mitchell, Elmira, Blyth, Listowel and Walton. Most stolen property was recovered, although one truck was burned, police said. There were 13 separate incidents of theft, possession of stolen property and wilful damage. All persons charged are free pending their court appearsance. Mr. Smith recommended the hiring of two home economics teachers, two industrial arts teachers, one half teacher for each 28 pupils for kindergarten and a maximum of four teachers for special education. The presentstaff is 273 and Mr. Smith recommended that the ratio of 17.5 students to one teacher is adequate and that the same complement of staff be kept.
