theft over $200 and one of wilful
damage.
Richard Shipp, 20, of R.R.1,
Londesboro was charged with
three counts of theft over $200.
Murray Becker, 17, of R.R:2,
Blyth was charged with one count
of theft over $200.
The juvenile faces two counts of
auto theft. ,
Police said one car and two
trucks were stolen from Wingham
and parts were taken in
Wingham, Seaforth, Mitchell,
Elmira, Blyth, Listowel and
Walton. Most stolen property was
recovered, although one truck
was burned, police said.
There were 13 separate
incidents of theft, possession of
stolen property and wilful
damage.
All persons charged are free
pending their court appearsance.
Mr. Smith recommended the
hiring of two home economics
teachers, two industrial arts
teachers, one half teacher for
each 28 pupils for kindergarten
and a maximum of four teachers
for special education.

teacher is adequate and that the
same complement of staff be kept.

teachers is based on all staff,
principals and librarians
included, and that not all the staff
actually teaches. She said the
result is that not every class has
only 17 pupils.
