Mrs. Isabel Garniss was recommendfed for appointment to the Wingham and District Hospital Board. Allan Searle was appointed to the Seaforth Community Hospital Board. A by-law authorizing the reeve and treasurer to borrow on the credit of the municipality up to the sum of $225,000,000 from the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Wingham was passed.
