Here is a note of interest to all Hullett Happenings BY ANN MORTON This week students were very enthusiastic on all days, excluding Monday (of course), due to our much-appreciated Professional Development Day on Wednesday. Last Thursday Kindergarten B class had the chance to befriend grade eight students during a family studies class concerning babysitting. Each grade eight pupil was given the responsibility to care for the younger child. Our objective was to teach the kinder garten student as much about nutrition as possible, in the alotted amount of time, in using games, puzzles and cooking. A fun, learning experience was enjoyed by all! you sport minded adults interested in joining an adult volleyball league. An organization meeting is being held Thursday, Dec. 11 from 8:30 - 9:30 p.m. at Grey Central School to select teams and design a schedule. If you would like to look into this exciting opportunity come on out or contact the school at • 887-6601 or give Nancy Vanass a call at 887-6296. Hope you can attend! Junior students play ball Once again it’s the captain ball season at Hullett. Grades four through six have the pleasure of playing this exciting game. Every noon hour two teams battle it out to see who’s best. Grade seven students referee the games.
