The Bulls enjoyed a very suc cessful “Meet The Player’’ night on Saturday night at the Legion and it showed just a bit in Sunday’s game. The introduction of players and executive took place at 10 p.m. and the rest of the evening was spent dancing. The evening helped to identify those faces without helmets, shoulder pads and familiar num bers on their backs, as seen on the ice during the hockey game. The full house had to be a morale booster. The Bulls will be at home on Friday night to the visiting Clinton Mustangs and will be away on Sunday travelling to Thedford for a 2 p.m. game. Brussels Atoms win twice In Minor hockey the Novice team played two games this past week. They played Elma-Logan on Tues day night and were defeated 4-1. Randy Beuerman got credit for the only Brussels’ goal. On Friday night, they were at home to Mitchell in a close hockey game, and some little bird told me they had the misfortune of scoring the winning goal on their own net.
