At the disaster committee’s request, federal agriculture mini ster John Wise toured Exeter area farms October 17 to see crop damage first hand, but since then the only word to come from either level of government is a promise to review the Canada/Ontario crop insurance scheme, another sore point with beleagured farmers. They join HFA president Paul Klopp, first vice-president Brenda McIntosh, second vice-president Chris Palmer, and directors at large Murray Crawford, John Van Beers, Donald Dow and Bruce Whitmore in completing the Board of Directors of the HFA for 1986-87.
