Couple wed in United,
to live in Greensville
JACKSON-SHOBBROOK
On August 23, 1986, Rev. Ken of Julie Ann Shobbrook and Paul
Bauman officiated at the marriage Anthony Jackson in Blyth United
Church. The bride is the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Shob
brook of RR 3, Walton and the
groom’s parents are Mr. and Mrs.
George Jackson of Burlington.
Wedding music was supplied by
Mrs. Margaret Kai, at the organ,
and soloist Mrs. Adeline Camp
bell. Frances Bearss, Blyth, friend
of the bride was matron of honour.
Bridesmaids were Michelle Cor
bett, Clinton, friend of the bride;
Sandra Jackson, Ridgetown, cou
sin of the bride; and Terri
Shobbrook, Sarnia, cousin of the
bride.
Tom Taylor, Burlington, friend
of the groom, was best man.
Ushers were John Moschini, Bur
lington, friend of the groom; Peter
Jackson, Dunnville, brother of the
groom; and Dean Shobbrook,
Oakville, brother of the bride.
Special guests in attendance
were Mr. and Mrs. H. George
Jackson, grandparents of the
groom and Julie Wilson, cousin of
the groom, all of England. Other
guests travelled from Burlington,
Hamilton, Kitchener, London,
Michigan, Ottawa, Ridgetown,
Sarnia, Scarborough and Blyth and
area.
Following the wedding dinner
and reception at Goderich Town
ship Hall, the happy couple
enjoyed a honeymoon trip to
Florida. Mr. and Mrs. Jackson are
residing in Greensville.
