It is also open to the wives of Ordinary and Associate mem bers of the Branch. The Ladies Auxiliary is a non-profit organization involved in community affairs. The Auxiliary supports charit able organizations, scholarships and donates funds to the Branch for renovations and upkeep. They also visit the Callendar Nursing Home to visit and entertain the patients. The Auxiliary has adopted two Veterans at Westminster Hospital in London. The veterans are remembered on their birthdays, at Christmas and throughout the year as well as visited once a year. Elvin McWhirter, a Branch member, is also remembered by our ladies on his birthday, at Christmas and throughout the year.
