CORRECTION
Two slips were made in the “A
Closer Look” service directory in
last week’s issue of The Citizen.
Rev. Victor Jamieson is still
minister of Melville Presbyterian
Church in Brussels despite our
naming a different minister.
Also we inadvertently assigned
coverage of part of Grey township
to the Brussels fire department.
The Brussels department only
lends a hand in Grey if the Grey
township fire department requires
help.
We apologize for any embarr
assment or inconvenience these
errors may have caused.

several weeks with her sister Mrs.
Murray Fitzpatrick. Time was
spent in Montreal and at the
Fitzpatrick’s summer cottage at
Vai Morin in the Laurentians. Also
included was a trip to Murray Bay,
sixty miles east of Quebec City,
where they stayed with their aunt,
Miss Eileen Kerr, whose cottage
overlooks the St. Lawrence. Al
though the summer cruise boats no
longer operate between Quebec
City, Murray Bay and Tadoussac,
and the whales hadn’t as yet come
up the river, the magnificent
scenery was as breath taking as
ever. Sheila noted that she was
able to keep up with the local news
as both her sister and aunt
subscribe to The Citizen.
