Prices mixed at Brussels Stockyards
The market at Brussels Stock-
yards traded actively on the choice
handy-weightcattle with heavy
and medium cattle continuing
under pressure. Feeder pigs sold
steady. There were 843 cattle and
629 pigs on offer.
Choice steers sold from $78 to
$82 with sales to $94.75. Good
steers were $74 to $78.
Five steers were consigned by
Ronald Gross of RR 1, Londesboro
averaging 1256 lbs. sold for an
overall price of $92.61 with sales to
$94.75. A steer consigned by Bob
Rice of RR 2, Staffa weighing 1190
lbs. sold for $84.25 with his lot of
seven steers averaging 1174 lbs.

ter averaging 1280 lbs. sold for
$87.75 with his lot of 12 steers
