Library Board on the first day of
January 1987 and all the assets and
liabilities thereof be declared to
have vested on that date in the
Corporation.
2. Deeming the Council of the
Corporation for the purposes of the
Public Libraries Act to be a Board
of a County Library and be deemed
soas of the first day of January,
1987.
