During the week November
22-28, Officers at. Wingharn
Detachment conducted thirty-one
investigations.
Nineteen charges were laid
under the Highway Traffic Act
and twenty warnings were issued.
Six charges were laid under the
Liquor Licence Act.
Five charges were laid under
the Criminal Code of Canada.
During the week, there were
seven motor vehicle collisions
which caused an estimated
$8,600.00 in property damage and
injuries to three persons.
On Sunday November 28,
Leonard J. Sangster was injured
as a result of a single car accidnet
on Huron County Road 20, wet of
Sideroad 36-37, East Wawanosh
Township, when the vehicle he
was driving left the travelled
portion of the roadway; entered
the north ditch and struck a tree.
Also, on Sunday, November 28,
Egon W. Fehr and Evelyn J. Fehr
were both injured as a result of a
single car accident on Huron
County Road 7, east of Highway
#4, Turnberry Township when the
vehicle Mr. Fehr was driving
went into the north ditch and
struck a fence.

supper at seven o'clock, served

social evening was enjoyed with

Toronto visited with Mrs.
Douglas Wardlaw on the
weekend.
