River United Church.
The double-ring ceremony took
place at 5 p.m. on Saturday,
September 11, with the Rev. Bob
Puttmen. officiating.
The, bride is the daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. James. Bradley of
Amberley. Mr. and Mrs. Charles
Thomas of Brussels are parents of
the groom.
Mrs. Ruth Alton, aunt of the
groom, was organist for the
wedding music and accompanied
the soloist, George Procter, uncle
of the groom. .
The bride was attended by her
sisters, Mary, maid of honor, and
Maxine, Movita and Michelle,
bridesmaids and Madonna,
flowergirl.
The groomsman was Robert
Knight of Chatham. Guests were
ushered by Robert Thomas of
Brussels and Dr. John Bradley of
Toronto.
The reception was held in
Lucknow Legion. Hall.
After their trip to Eastern
Ontario and Niagara ' they will
reside in Guelph.

card party
A pleasant social evening was
enjoyed by those who attended
the October 28 Card Party_ held in
the I.O.O.F. hall.
Winners were: High lady,
Mrs. Florence Webb; Low lady,
Mrs. Elsie Evans; High man,
Allan Webb, Low man, Wilbur
,Turnbull.-
The draw for a ham was won by
Clarence Pegelow.
