CHURCH CROWDED FOR ANNIVERSARY — More than 300
people attended the 100th anniversary. services of Brussels United
Church on Sunday morning. The'Ambassadors sang and on Friday
night members heard the Listowel School Choir of 75 girls and boys
sing. Rev. Betty Griffiths of Lawrencetown, N. S., whose late
husband Was minister of Brussels United from 1961-1963, was guest
minister Sunday. The church was filled with flowers donated in
memory of past members and the large congregation enjoyed a
smorgasbord after the morning service. Guest minister for the
Sunday night service was Rev. Lloyd Brown of Brantford.
