(Staff Photo) Obituaries GEORGE C. ROWLAND Funeral services were conducted on Friday, August 13 at the Harding-Madill Funeral Home, Mt. Brydges for George C. Rowland of Mt. Brydges and formerly of Ethel, Ontario. Rev. Milton Swarth of Mt. Brydges Baptist Church, which M. Rowland attended, offidiated. Mr. Rowland died at.St. Joseph's Hospital, London, after a short illness, in his 76th year. He is survived by his wife Hilda (Beech) Rowland, one daughter Mrs. Maurice (Theresa) Langlois of Woodslee, sons, 'Edwared of Listowel, Roy of Central Patricia, Orval of • Guelph, 12 grand- children, 10 great grandchildren, vne brother Ralph of Brussels, sisters: Mrs. Roney Jacklin of BruSsels, Mrs. Blanche Hoegy of Walton and Mrs. Susan Bray of St. CaSherinps. Alvin Rutledge of Dutton and Edna Greig of Toronto. The Funeral was held from the McCreath • funeral home in Ripley and burial followed in Brussels Cemetery.
