In a tragic accident early Tuesday morning, James Turvey, 73, a resident ofCallander Nursing Home in Brussels was killed'on County Road 12, a mile north of Brussels. The accident happened about 5 a.m. Constable Ken Murray of the Wingham OPP said Mr. Turvey was lying on the road when he was hit by a car driven by Glenn Fines of R.R.1, Bluevale. Mr. Fines, who was travelling south, reported the accident to the Wingham OPP. An autopsy was done on Mr. Turvey's body at Stratford General Hospital, Tuesday morning and Cont.
