Several interesting questions arose from the discussion, such as: We farmers have the name of being complainers; do you think we have just cause to complain or do you think we complain at all?; How does the Women's Institute help farm women? The ladies cited many pleasant things about farm life and were also urged to mention drawbacks of farm life, if any. Mrs. Carl Johnston opened her home for the meeting which began with the Ode and Mary Stewart Collect. President Mrs. Jim Armstrong welcoined mem- bers and a guest.
