THE ONTARIO MUNICIPAL BOARD hereby
appoints MONDAY, THE 19th DAY OF
JULY, 1976
at the hour of one o'clock (local time) in the
aft ernoon, at the Brussels Public 'Library in
the Village of Brussels, for the hearing of this
application.
If you do not attend and are not represented
at this hearing, the. Board may proceed in
-your absence and you will not be entitled to
any further notice of the proceedings.
In the event the decision is reserved persons
taking part in the hearing may request a copy
of the decision from the presiding Board
Member. Such decision will be mailed to you
when available.

TO THE FOREGOING APPOINTMENT
FOR HEARING
All and singular that certain parcel or tract' of
land and 'premises, situate, lying, and being
in the Township of Grey, in the Coun'ty, of
Huron and Province of Ontario, and being
composed of part qf Lot 2, Concession 10, for
the said Township of Grey; the said parcel
being more particularly described as follows:
Premising that the Southerly limit of Lot 2,
Concession 10, has a bearing of North Sixty
degrees Thirty minutes Twenty seconds
West (N60°. 30' 20"W) and relating- all
bearings herein thereto;
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot
2, Concession 10., THENCE North Twenty-
nine degrees Thirty-seven minutes Twenty
seconds East (N29° 37' 20" E) along the
Westerly limit of the said Lot2, being also the
Easterly limit of Park Lot 7, Registered Plan
No. 8, for the Village of Brussele, and being
also the Corporatibh limit between the
Village of Brussels and the Township. of
Grey, a distance of Seven hundred and
fifty-nine and seventy-eight one hundredths
(759.78') feet to a point on the' Westerly limit
of Lot 2, Concession 10, where the said
Westerly limit intersects the.high water mark
of the Mill Pond on the Maitland River;
THENCE Southerly along the said high water
mark, a distance of Nine hundred and ,
forty-three (943.00') feet to a point created by
the intersection of the said high water mark
With the Southerly limit of Lot 2;
THENCE North Sixty degrees Thirty minutes
Twenty seconds West (N 60 ° 30' 20" W)
along the said Southerly limit a distance of
Four hundred and ninety-seven and sixty
four one huhdredths (497.64') feet ,to the
hereinbefore mentioned Southwest corner of
Lot 2, Concession 10, said corner being the
Point of commencement of the herein
described parcel; said parcel being further
shovvn outlined in red on the attached plan of
