(By Lori Patterson) Wednesday, June 16, Mrs. Huther and the grade 2 glass of Brussels Public School visited the Wingham I. G.A.Store and we saw many fruits and vegetables. And then we went to the Wingham town police station and. I liked it when the policeman that showed us around put Michael Bridge into the handcuffs. And I liked it too when we got locked up in jail. . Next we went to the Sun Rise Dairy. There we saw the milk being put into bags and cartons. And of ter we saw everything' in the diary they •gaVe us a square, a donut, chocolate milk and ice cream. And then we went to the park for lunch and I could hardly eat my lunch; I was so full. But I had a lot of fun on the toys and things that were there. And then we went to the fire hall and saw four fire engines. And we saw the school and a 45 foot ladder. And then we went to the hospital and a nurse showed us around. We had a ride in an elevator. We saw the babies and a baker gave us each a cooxie and we saw the ambulqnce. And last but not least we visited CKNX where a man showed us around. We saw the place where they play records for radio and we say two studios, one was Gardening with Gwen and the other one was for the John Strong report. I had a real fun clay. And I would like to thank all of those places and people that made it possible and especially the car drivers and our wonderful teacher' Mrs. Huether.
