The hospitals ordered to close got a reprieve from the court. The court ruled that the government's method of ordering four hospitals dosed was illegal. The acting Minister of Health said the Provincial, Government will not consider abandoning its program of hospital - closing. so the eventual outcome of the battle to keep hospitals open is not over yet.
