This latter restraint has a "self-controlling influence", according to Mr. Archibald, when workers have to cover for a fellow employee who is off sick, there is considerable pressure on the employees who are sick to get better quick and stay that way. When the workload becomes heavier for the ones left on the job, there is a tendancy to hurry Pts. back that may be lacking when a 155 part-time employee is brought in 146 to do the work. 112 — And you thought the restraints 115 weren't working! 105 Surprise, Surprise 95 When it became evident that 94 Huronview's budget would have 91 (Continued on page 16) 93 93 92 86 81 77 77 76 75 65 64 56 56 55 45 42 38 31 26 13 7 SMALL USED CARS * 1974 Mustang 2 door 4 cyl auto * 1974 Maverick 2 door 8 cyl auto * 1973 Comet 2 door 8 cyl automatic * 1973 Valiant Duster 2 dr 8 cyl auto * 1972 Pinto 2 door 4 cyl 4 speed trans * 1971 Comet 4 door 6 cylinder auto * 1971 Vega 2 door 4 cylinder * 1969 Mustang 2 door 8 cyl auto BRIDGE MOTORS WINGHAM LTD BRUSSELS SALES and SERVICE Russ and Dale veseierei, Straitjackets, a musical comedy revue coming to Blyth Memorial Hall April 6 and 7 is the story of a new friendship between men and women, according to its authors. Ken Murch a young London writer and poet and. Erna Van Daele a musical composer from the same city, wanted to do something to celebrate International Women's Year last year and so the play Straitjackets was born. It goes bey6nd the ,usual Women's Lib rhetoric to show how both men and women are trapped in roles which they are taught from birth to play. Along the way the show provides a, good deal of entertainment. Ms. Murch and Ms. Van Daele first presented the play at. Talbot Theatre at the - University of Western Ontario last spring and it was a big hit, drawing favourable reviews from critics from London and Toronto. The reaction to the play was so positive that fund- granting agencies were quick to provide money this year for a tour of the play. Between March 30 and April 9 it will be touring locations throughout south- western Ontario, playing to school audiences in afternoons as well as giving nightly perfor- mances. The Blyth stop is the only one in this area. Tickets are Straightjackets comm to Blyth Memorial H the Liquor Licence Act.
