On 'Friday, December, 5, in Brussels 'United Church, Mary Colleen White and Murray John McNichol were united in mar- riage by Rev. E. LeDrew. They ,are the children of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence White of R.R. 4, Brussels and Mr. and Mrs. Aubrey McNichol of R.R. 2, Blyth. The church was decorated with white mums, ivy; and Christmas decoration. Gail and Gloria White, cousins of the bride; sang the wedding music. The organist who accom- panied them was MA. Jack Bryans of Brussels. The bride, given in marriage by her father wore a long flowing gown,. The dress was highlighted with a sheer V-neckline trimmed with lace, and a small stand up collar. The waistline, collar and 'sleeves yvere, finished off with tiny white daisies. Her head Piece was a shoulder lenght veil, held up by 'a handmade cap trimmed with white daisies. She cartie4 a cascade of red roses with white carnations leather fern, trailing English ivy, and ribbon. The matron of Honour was Mrs. Judy Somers, sister, of the bride. Bridesmaids were Miss Susan White, sister of the ,bride and Miss Debbis McNichol sister • of the groom. The girls wore emerald green, jersey knit dres- es with, shite malabu trimmed hoods and white pearl buttons. They carried white fur muffs with red and white carnations with silver bows. The Best Man was Ray McNic- hol, brother of the groom. Ushers were Keith White brother of the bride, and Ronald McNichol brother Of the groom. Grandparents attending the wedding were Mrs. Mary Oving- ton of Wroxeter, Mrs. Mary White of Brussels, Mrs. Vera Jackson of., Seaforth and Mrs. Annie McNichol of Blyth. Guests present at the wedding were from, Unity, Sask., London, Seaforth, Egmondville, Wroxeter Brussels, Blyth, and Vanastra.
