snow blocks and building forts.
They might not be contractors but
they sure did a good job.

Mr. Stretton to the Rescue
It was Mr. Stretton, to the
rescue of bus #9 driven by Mrs.
Dickert on Thursday, Jan. 8th.
When bus 9 pulled "over to the
side of the road to let a car pass it
soon was "stuck in the gal darn
snow". We sat on • the bus for
awhile an&Watched the leachers
and buses go home. Soon
everyone became restjess and
started jumping all over the 'bus

snowbank even more. Then
suddenly, our good " Samaritan,
Mr. Stretton of Brusiels, drove
up , and got stuck in the snow
trying to help us._ Kent Strong
was sent to his house to call the
.wrecker which 'wasn't too long in
coming and soon it was . on it's
way and we were' on our way
home again leaving. Mi. Stretton
