The boys were involved in two week end hockey games 'at the Wingham arena. A return match-Will take plade at the Glenn Watford Arena in Agincourt erly in March. Brian Shaw also billetted a hockey player and was involved in 'the weekend games. Mrs. Lloyd Henning is visiting with Mr. andmrs. George Fischer and family. She read from the The January meeting of the Women's Missionary Society of Knox Presbyterian Church was helda t the home of Mrs. Lola Maim. Mrs. Bernard Thomas presided for the installation of officers for 1976,, after which the president, Mrs: Glenn G011ey presided for the meeting. Mrs Galley gave the call to worship and the hymn, "The Lord is King" was sung. The scripture was read by ,Mrs. Gordon Mundell. Mrs. Harry Elliott gave the comments taken from the Glad Tidings and Mrs. Elliott offered prayer. The minutes of the last meeting were rad and adopted, and visits t o the sick were recorded. Roll call was answered by giving a verse from the Bible containing the name of a bird. The offering was received by Mrs. Mundell and dedicated by Mrs. Golley . After the business pefiod Mrs. Bernard Thomas took charge of the topic. 'Mrs. ThomaS read a poem, "Another Year is Dawning".
