County recommends
Wawanosh tables lagoon by-law
A recommendation from
County of Huron asking that 'all
local rural municipalities pass a
by-law banning open liquid
animal waste storage lagoons was
tabled at E.WawanOsh council

for the year, was agreed on.

the next full Authority meeting of
MVCA.

The salary of the Road
Superintendent was increased
$50,00 per month to a total of
$600 per month, plus vacation pay
,a 8%. Wages for Road Grader
Operators increased $.40 per hour
to $4.70 per hour.
Labour wages increased $.50 to
$3.50 per how. The salary of the
Treasurer increased $50 per
month to $310 per month. The
salary of the Clerk-Tax Collector
increased $50 per month to $370
per month, plus $10 per month re
telephone.
'Fee for Reeve: $750 per
annum. Fee for councillors: $550
per annum. All convention
expenses Were set at $70. per day
plus registration.
Road accounts of $9,051.50 and
the General Accounts of
$2,134.64 'were paid.
