Epiphany Sunday, the first
Sunday of the New Year; World.
Wide Communion Service was
held at the morning service at
Duff's United Church, Walton.
Those serving communion were
Jack McEwing, Graeme Craig,
Ron Bennett, Walter Bewley,
Herb Traviss, Ian Wilbee, Harvey
McClure, Don McDonald and Neil
McGavin. Rev. Ed Baker spoke
on his • sermon, "Not just for
Jesus" and the Choir anthem was
"Make my Saviour Go".
The offering was received by
Ross Mitchell, Brian Wilbee and.
Torn Leeming. It was ,annouriced
the Mission Band members would
meet next Sunday at the usual
time.
