Honor Williamsons
on 60th anniversary.
On Sunday afternoon about
ninety relatives and friends of
Laura and Walter Williamson
called at the United Church to
offer congratulations on the
occasion of their sixtieth wedding
anniversary., Two nieces,
Adeline Campbell and Margaret
Tyerman, poured tea. Serving in
the tea room were Beatrice
Cardiff, Grace Sholdice, Mary
Bryans, Winnifred Edgar, Ethel
Long and Verna Thomas. Helen
Carlson was in charge of the
Guest Book.
At seven o'clock sixteen
members of the family were
served dinner by the U.C.W. The
table centre, fashioned by
Adeline Campbell, featured a
bride, . groom and flower girl
representing the bride and groom
of sixty years ago and their flower
girl, Margaret Tyerman.
Laura and Walter were married
at the Grey Township home of her
parents, Mr,. and Mrs. Jas.
Cardiff,
Letters of congratulations were
received from the Federal
Member of Parliament and the ,
Provincial Member. They also
received a. plaque from the
Ontario Government.

Recreation.
Money is coming from our new Ontario Lottery,
"Wintario", for worthy projects. Projects that have to do with culture
or recreation.

Ontarians. In fact, dollars are available for existing or new cultural
and recreational facilities •in your community.
