People We Know
A puppet show for children and
Country Cabaret will be added to
the Blyth Summer Festival during
the final two weeks of its season.
Ruth Klassen and her Chante-
deer Puppet Theatre will perform
Logging with'Paul Bunyan as part
of the Blyth Summer Festival in
Blyth Memorial Hall on Saturday,
July 26, at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Ms.
Klassen makes her own puppets
and involves the children in her
audience directly in the action of
the story. Admission for all is 50
cents. Reservations may be ob-
tained by eating The Blyth
Summer Festival box office 523-
4452.
Country Cabaret, a comedy-
variety show will be presented for
one performance only in. Blyth
memorial Hall on Tuesday, July
29, at 8:30 p.m: The professional
actors of The Blyth Summer
Festival will perform songs and
skits, many of local interest, for
family entertainment. This show
will be approximately one hour in
length. Admission is $1.50

going to school this summer.

orie Huether, Mrs. Margaret
Michie and. Mrs. J. Roberts are
attending the University of Wat-
erloo. Mrs. Mary Huether is
studying Health and Drama while
the other tree are taking Family
Life.
Rick Nay, Warrant Officer No.
1 of the Air Cadets, Listowel, has
gone to Oslo, Norway, as a
Goodwill Ambassador. He is one
of thirty boys from Canada picked
to go to various overseas coun-
tries.
Rick is the 18-year-old son of
Mr. and. Mrs. (Donna Cudmore)
Nay of Gorrie and the grandson of
Mr. and Mrs. Earl Cudmore of
Brussels. •

of the ladies' brother, Phil Durst,
