Transmission Line Ontario Hydro requires the services of snow blowers to clear access roads and tower sites along the right-of-way of the 230 K.V.Transtnission Line between Bruce G.S. and Seaforth T.S. Units shall consist of farm tractors equipped with 72" - 84" blowers, operated by the owner or his employee. A considerable number of units will be required to cover the n umerous work operations that will be carried out this winter.
