Best black and white photographs, suitable for publication, with credit, on the
editorial page of The Huron Expositor.
Picture Subject - may include an area scene, children, animals, building,, flowers
and other subjects of general interest, taken within 20 miles of Seaforth.
Each entry to consist of one picture and to indicate where the picture was taken and
produce identification and technical information (type of camera and film). Negative
must be included.
Not more than three entries per person permitted (children's entries welcome).
First prize $5, three honorable mentions at $3.00 each, up to 10 awards of $1. each.

The "Mexican Skillet Dinner" is a meal in itself. The "Electric Fry Pan Peach Upside-Down Cake" comes out moist, light and delicate. Try them both soon. Mexican Skillet Dinner 1 pound pork sausage meat
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup uncooked macaroni
1 19-ounce can tomatoes 1 t ablespoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt V2 teaspoon salt 1/2 pint (1 1/4 cups ) dairy sour cream. Preheat electric fry pan to 320°F or use moderately high heat. Brown sausage meat, remove from pan. Saute onion and green pepper in drippings until onion is transparent. Drain excess fat. Return sausage meat to pan add remaining ingredients except sour cream. Cover and simmer 30 minus es at 210°F or on low heat. Add sour cream, mix gently but thoroughly. Cover and simmer 3 to 5 minutes more. 6 servings. electric Fry Pan Peach Upside Down Cake 2 tablespsions ntelted nutter 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 14-ounce can sliced peaches 1 15 - ounce package white cake mix Maraschino cherries to garnish Place rack or trivet in electric fry pan. Preheat to 420°F. Spread melted butter and sugar in bottom of 8-inch square cake pan. Drain fruit well. Arrange fruit on sugar mixture. Prepare cake mix according to package directions and pour over fruit. Bake on rack or trivet 50 to 60 minutes at 420°F. Turn cake onto serving plate, Garnish with cherries. 9 servings.
