home of Mrs. Jack )(till' with
thirteen members and three
'visitors answering the roll call
with 4 Christmas verse. In the
•:^absence of Mrs. Mair, the
'President, the first vice-president
'Mrs. Ruth Martin, opened the
meeting with prayer and a poem,
:"The First Christmas Christ-
mas carols were sung with Mrs.
King at the piano. The secretary's
report was given by Mrs. Steiss
and Mrs. Speir gave the
treasurer's report. There were
twenty visits to sick and shut-ins,
Used cards and stamps are to be
brought to the February meeting.
Mrs. Gerald Gibson gave the
Christmas message. The scrip-
- iure from Luke 2 was read -6y
Mrs. Armstrong, prayer by Mrs.
.W.W. Smith. A Christmas
meditation by Mrs. King followed
and a duet "Peace and Goodwill"
was, sung by Mrs. Walter Kerr .

losed the meeting with prayer.
