swine clubs. Jim Williamson of Walton, President of the Pork
Producers Association, made the presentation.
Ynze Tiesma, R.R.4, Clinton receives the C.I.L. Trophy at the
26th annual Huron County 4.H Achievement Night at Clinton
from Jim Johnston, Brussels, Agromart Manager of C.I.L. Ynze
held the top swine score in judging.

OBITUARIE So
HARRY 'BOLGER
Harry James Bolger , 70, of
Brussels, died Saturday at his
residence.
Mr. Bolger was born. in Grey
Township, a son of the late Mr.
and Mrs. John Bblger. He had
farmed for many years in the
Walton area, until moving to
Brussels where he was active in
antique collecting. For a number
of years he served,with the Huron
Football Association.
, Mr. Bolger is survived by his
wife, the former Gertrude Payne;
a daughter, Mrs. Gordon
(Marilyn) Engel, of Cranbrook; a
son, Jim. of Clinton; sisters, Mrs.
Frank (Hattie) Johnston of
Seaforth, Mrs. Torrence (Olive)
Dundas of Walton; 10 grand-
children.
His first wife, the- former Alva
Pearl Richmond, and a daughter,
Rose Marie, died in 1960. Mr.
Bolger was also predeceased by a
brother, Howard ofLondon.
The body was at the M.L.Watts
funeral home in Brussels until
Monday morning when ,it was
taken to St. John's Anglican
Church, Brussels, for .funeral
service at 2 p.m. Burial followed
in. Brussels cemetery.
RICHARD BEACHAM ALCOCK
Richard Beacham Alcock
passed away suddenly in Brussels
on Tuesday, November 20th. He
was in his 59th year.
Born in Morris Township, he
was the son of Mr. and Mrs.
Richard Alcock, and, spent his
entire life in this community. He
worked for several years for
Frank Sellers but because of ill
health has been retired for some
time.
He is survived by seven sist
ers, Mrs. John (Isabel) Alcock of
Grey Township; Mrs. George
(Ruth) Thornton of Brussels ,
'
Mrs.
Charles (Mary) Storey of St.
Marys; Mrs. Clifford (Helen)
Cardiff of Brussels; Mrs. Leonard
(Jean) Lamont of Brussels; Mrs.
Carmen (June) Dale. of Clinton
and Mrs. George (Joan) Baxter of
Guelph, and one brother, Eric, of
Grey Township.
Funeral service was held from
St, John's Anglican Church,
Brussels, of which he was a
member, at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
Rev. Carson officiated. Burial
took place in Brussels Cemetery.
The M.L.Watts Funeral Home
were in charge.
Pallbearers were Ken White,
Willis Knight, Spence Scott, Bert
Elliott, John Clark and Don
McLean.
