Ray Vincent, both of London, were
united in marriage in a cere-
mony solemnized in Belgrave
United Church on Saturday,Sept-
ember 29, at 3:30• p.m. Rev. J.G.
Roberts officiated amid a set-
ting of lighted pink tapers in
candelabra trimmed with white
daisies.
Mrs, Anne Pritchard presided
at the organ and soloist, Miss
Karen Tyndall, sang "The
Twelfth of Never", "Wedding
Prayer" and 'twe've Only Just
Begun".
Parents of the bride are Mr.
and Mrs. George Webster of
R.R.2, Lucknow. The groom
is the son of Mr. and Mrs.
Harold Vincent, Belgrave, Mr.
Webster gave ,his daughter in
marriage.
The, bridal gown was pure
white crystalette and was
floor-length. It featured a high
Victorian neckline with tiny
covered buttons, a yoke of Bel-
gian lace and long bishop sleeves
cuffed with matching lace. A
cathedral train was caught at
the waistline and a gathered
flounce enhanced the dress hem-
line and the train. ' A Juliet
'headpiece of petals of ribbon and
tulle held her scalloped pure
silk illusion veil and she
carried a nosegay ' of white
daisies with pink Sweetheart
roses throughout, and long white
ribbons.
Mrs. Brenda Rutledge . of
Clinton was her sister's matron
of honor and bridesmaids were
Mrs. Linda Bosman, cousin of
the bride , •of London, and Mrs.
Barbara. Black of Belgrave, a
close friend of the bride. They
wore similar dresses of navy
with patterns of tiny nosegays
Taking part were Elementary
public schools from: Goderich,
Seaforth, Clinton, Hullett, Brus-
sels, Blyth, Huron Centennial,
Holmesville; Colborne.
The event included 8 races
with 54 runners in each.
Members of the C.H.S.S, cross
country, team assisted at• some
the lowest possible score for
their team. Runners were scored
according to finish order.

Terry Rutledge .of Clinton was
groomsman and ushers were

the groom.
Dinner was held at the Luck-
now Legion Hall with the groom's
brother,Murray Vincent, acting
as master of ceremonies. A
dance followed.
Receiving guests from Luck-
now, Belgrave, Clinton, Seaforth;
Oakville, London and Toronto,
were the mothers of the bridal
'couple. The bride's mother
wore a floor-length gown of pink
silk knit with silver' accessor-
ies and a corsage of white mums..
The groom's mother chose a
floor-length dress of .floral
chiffon in shades of brown, orange
and yellow. Her accessories
were gold and her corsage was
orange mums.
'-For travelling to Huntsville,
the bride wore a short-sleeved
dress of green crimplene with
green and white checked trim on
the collar and cuffs, Her acces-
sories were brown.
Honored guests at the wedding
were the bride's grandfathers,
William Webster and William A.
Humphrey; and the groom's
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs.'
Albert Vincent, Mrs. Evy
Mitchell, aunt of the bride, , of
Toronto, also attended.
Mr. and Mrs. Vincent will re-
side in London where the bride
is employed by the University of
Western Ontario. The groom is
employed by Auto Haulaway in
TalbotVille.

The altar of Londesboro
United Church was beautifully
decorated with orange mums,
white and yellow shasta daisies
entwined in candelabra for the
evening marriage Spetember 1,
1973 of Francis Austin Dolmage
and Grace Yvonne Longman.
The bride is the eldest daugh-
ter of Mr. and Mrs. F. Carl
Longman of Blyth, Ontario
and the •groom is the son of
Mr. and Mrs. Roy Dolmage of
R.R.#1, Londesboro, Ontario.
Rev. Stanley McDonald offic-;
iated at the double ring cere-
mony. Mrs. Barbara Bosman
accompanied the soloist, Miss
Audrey Pell, whO sang
"0 Perfect Love" before the
ceremony 'and the "Theme from
Love Story" durihg the signing
of the register.
The bride, given in marriage
by her father and mother, chose
a snow white empire styled cry-
stalette gown featuring a high
neckline with stand-up collar
edged with lace which alsO ex-
tended down the bishop sleeves
to and around the deep ,cuff. A
white satin ribbon accented the
waistline coming to a long bow
at the front of-the gown. Three
rows of Italian lace around the
hemline completed the gown's
effect. ,
The bride's four-tiered silk
illusion veil cascaded from a
floral headpiece of sequin and
pearls and she carried a long-
lined bouquet arrangement of
orange delight roses with yellow
and white shasta daisies set off
with fine green fern.
Miss Donne. Longman, sister
of the bride was maid of honour
and the bridesmaids were Miss
Doris Dolrria.ge, R.R.#1, Londes-
bore, Ontario, sister of the groom
and Mrs. Lorna Vincent; R.R.#11.
Auburn, Ontario, a close friend
of the bride. They wore identical
gownt Of mint 'green and white
sheer polyester styled with
checkered bodices,• thort puffy
sleeves and, ruffled stand-up
collars. A satin ribbon of
deep-linie green accented the
empire Waistlinet and formed a
long bow at the front'. The
skirts were of white pelyester
sheer over' white lining with em-
bossed floral design with green
checked centres, ending in a
deep ruffled hemline. They car-
ried baskets with orange carnat-
ions, yellow and white shasta
daisies with multi-coloured rib-
bons entwined in fern and ever-
green. They wore ribbons in their
hair identical to those in the
flowers.
The groomsman was Earl
Dolmage of 'Burlington, elder
brother of the groom. The
ushers were Kenneth Longman,
brother o f the bride and'
Donald Dolmage, brother of the
groom.
Following the. wedding a
reception was held in the Brod-
hagen Community Centre. The
bride's mother chose a full-
length gown of mauve crystal-
ette featuring - princess lines,
rounded neckline and bishop „
sleeves with deep cuffs. Her
corsage was of white carnat-
ions.
The groom't mother chose
a beige crimplene dress with
a glimmering patterned effect
throughout.' Her corsage was
of orange carnations.
On return from their
honeymoon to Northern Ontario
and Niagara Falls, the couple '
are residing at the groom's farm
at R.R.#1, Seaforth, Ontarie.
Guests attended the wedding
from Fort Erie; Niagara Falls,.
Woodstock, Simcoe, New Ham-
burg, TillsOnburg, Stratford and
-surrounding areas.
The bride was honoured at
a surprise shower given by the
nursing staff of Wingham and
bistrict Hospital, also at the
home of Mrs. Helen Lyons for
relatives and friends with. Mrs,
Margaret Good and Mrs.Sandra.
