The recreation committee is counting heavily on the support of the Brussels council and the surrounding municipalities. 'November Meeting. Nick Hill of the Huron COunty planning department discussed the new Brussels plan, and the possibilities for revitalizing the commercial core with the B.B.A. He showed slides with before and after views . of other communities who have renovated their downtowns with assistance of planners. The next meeting of the B.B.A. will be held on November 7, when the election of new officers will take place. Miss Jane S. Pengilley has been appointed to succeed Mrs. John Scott (nee Kit Hunt) as home economist for Huron County. She is a native of Brampton area, Peel County where her father operates a fruit farm specializing in apples. Miss Pingilley who has been active in 4-H homemaking clubs and Jr. Farmer clubs in her county was educated at the Streetsville Secondary School. .She enrolled at the College of Family and Consumer Studies, Guelph, majoring in 'family studies.
