work that Mrs. Margaret Taylor
is famous for?
This lady, who will celebrate
her 89th birthday June 17th, is
a fine artist. She has knitted
120 colourful, afghans of enviable

deceased. George Dale died in
1941, Margaret was remarried
to Jack Taylor, who also pre-
deceased her. The couple farmed
on-the 9th concession of Morris
Township for several years. •
Except for her arthritis, the
talented Margaret Taylor is in
good health and has her own
apartment on John St, Seaforth.
Brownie
news

The last meeting of the
Brownies was held in the form of
a hike when 20. Brownies, 2
Leaders and 2 Mothers enjoyed
a walk through the bush returning
to the cars by the way of the
highway. we all returned to
Evelyn S troop' s home and enjoyed
a' Barbecue supper. We finished
with pop and ice cream.
The Brownies would like to
thank Mrs. 'Stroop for her home
and having us, Mt. Watts for
transportation and our leaders
for taking, us. We enjoyed it
all. See you at Brownies 'in
'September.
