The Brussels Post, 1973-05-09, Page 1may be a community project. This group is having trouble finding accommodation to house the project and would welcome the offer of a place that anyone would be kind enough to let them use. All Brussels area young people, the group is undertaking a program which is considered worthwhile for the summer months. By Evelyn Kennedy to homes across Canada. It is the major source for financing operation of workshops, nurse- series and residences operated by local associations for the retarded. The potential of the 'mentally retarded has been grossly underestimated. Now it has been recognized that a great deal can be accomplished if they!, get the understanding and help they need. Plant your ,seeds of hope and as you watch them grow and flower know that some- where, some 'retarded child has been given hope because of your help and will grow and flower to his or her full potential.
