is the major source for financing
operation of workshops, nurse-
series and residences operated
by local associations for the
retarded. The potential of the
'mentally retarded has been
grossly underestimated. Now it
has been recognized that a great
deal can be accomplished if they!,
get the understanding and help
they need. Plant your ,seeds

1907, Brussels Post dated June
27th, brought to our attention by
C, Matheson, quoted prices that
in this day and age are almost
unbelievable. An ad headed "To
Our Patrons" reads as follows:
"As we have entered our second
year delivering milk to the people
of Brussels we' wish to thank
all who have favoured us with
their patronage and to thank es-
pecially those who have been
regular in putting out empty bot-
tles as it saves us a lot of,
trouble. To our regular cus-
tomers -milk will be a quart
the year round,, but to those who
only take it in the winter when
milk is scarce e.nd takes so much
more labour and feed to produce
it, it will be 60. Our aim will
be to 'please our patrons and
give as good value as' possible.
