The Brussels Post, 1973-03-07, Page 7Brussels mites defeated B1yth 6 - 2 to win the fourth annual Lucknow Flea tournament. Earlier in the day they defeated Lucknow 7 - 2 before meeting. Belgrave in the semi - final and defeating them, by a 7 - 1 margin. This is the second year in a row that Brussels has won the Lucknow tournament and it brings to three the number of tournaments the Brussels team has won this year. Unfortunately, we were unable to get the goal scorers for the other teams, however, the goal scorers for our team are as follows. Brusgels curlers were the winners of the recent Ontario Curling Association Silver Tan- kard Competitions held in a Sea- fo rth. In early games Brussels top- ped Teeswater by 3 points and Seaforth won over Harriston. In the final, between Brussels and Seaforth, Brussels Scored a three-point victory over Sea- forth.
