This vet amounts to about $1,500 a year. 5,_This grant will certainly be witt:held if. by the defeat of the By-law, the Board is unable to tweed with the work, and this amount will have to lx: raised by taxes. 6. ---The defeat of the By-law will leave us with the poorest building and equipment of any High fitit001 or Collegiate -Institute in the County. 7. -The town is meeting its indebtedness, by paying off maturing debentures, faster, probably, ,than the citizens arc fully aware of.
