death occurred to Stretford, Septem-
ber 22ud, of a former well-known nod -
dent of Hensall. lu the persou of Mrs.
Alex McPhereou. After Mr. McPher-
eon's death. his widow and Mise Ella
moved to Stratford. Interment was

The Late Robert Lockhart. -An old
and esteemed pioneer of this district
pissed away ou September '23rd, lu
the person of Robert Lockhart. De-
ceased, who was In his ninety-second
year, was born In Newtunvllle, Dur-
ham county, and came to West Wa-
wanosh where he farmed for ' thirty
years. About eighteen Tears ago he
and hit wife moved to Wiagham.
