THE REFERENDI'M. r On Monday next Ontario votes on an• other referendum on the liquor question. The proposal now before the voters is supplementary to the existing legislation, known as the Ontario Temperance Act, which was endorsed by an overwhelming s vote of the people in 19159. Under the 0.
