MUNICIPAL COINCILS.
The township council met in the town-
ship hall. April 13th. Members all pres-
ent. Reeve Young in the chair. Minutes
of last m 'rung read and adopted, on
motion of Currey and McNeil. The fol-
lowing communications were dealt with:
(I) One frow M. G Cameron re crossing
at McPhee% pond, asking if the council
was going to place the culverts in the
crossing accordi to the award. Moved
by Fisher, by Reeve, that the

Mr. McMiee, with power to act: G. D.
Currey, C. C. McNeil and C. A. Robert-
son. Carried. (2) Communication from
A. O. Smiley claiming damages to auto-
mobile caused by cutvert being placed too
high on Colborne and West Wawanosh
boundary. neat Nile. The matter was
left w.th the Reeve. (3) Communication
from Tax Reform League asking that a
resolution be forwarded to the Govern-
ment recommending eeveral amendments
to tbe Assessment Act. Communication
was filed: Jamie Adams waited on the
council smiting that the ke kw grave -
digging be raised from 43 to $5. Moved
