Up to the present we have had no outbreak of influenza
in Goderieh ; but as it is rapidly spreading over the Province
we shall in all probability have sneh an outbreak.
In view of such the Board wishes to emphasize again
several important rules.
L -if ill, do not attempt to keep up, but immediately
go to bed and notify the family physician. • .
IL -Re careful of relapses. Remember that a day or
two longer in bed is R very wise precaution.
III. -Live in well ventilated rooms, and avoid crowds,
especially in ill -ventilated buildings.
The Board wmild like to hear from any volunteer
nurses. Anyone who would be willing to assist in looking
