p. m.. a bylaw providingfor the widening
of South Street, in the own of Goderich,
between Britannia Road and Blake
Street, to a total width of ninety-nine
feet, being the width of said street north
of Britannia Road, the [additional width
to be taken off the lands on the east side

by his counsel, solicitor or agent, any
