mill as that which lately threatened the

lighting too that their children, or their
children's children. should never be
troubled by' the liquor traffic. In spite of
stalconciita that had been made, the re-
tro ir-d soldiers. he declared, were not
all going to vote for booze: many had
declared themselves against the traffic
Mi. Spence. the chief organizer of the
prohibition campaign, predicted a -vote of
four to one in the Province for prohibition.
TI.' speaker urged that every effort
shiuld be made to educatelhe new voters
in the proper use Of the ballot. so that
ballots should not he thrown away by
improper marking.
Both speakers paid their respects to the
1.4berty League and declared that the
tver of the ballot was not the light, non -in-
toxicating beer the Liberty Leaguers tried
to make out. If it were that kind of beer,
Captain Martin declared, the opponents
of the 0. T. A. would not be so anxious
to have it legalized.

series of four concerts to be given
by the Dominion Chautauqua (Colt-
, Alber Service).

ets for the whole course will be sold
at 31.30.
The concert party is to be the
Morrison Girls in Stories and Songs
of Today and Yesterday.
