The evidence disclosed that Dr. Metcalfe. after treating a case, sent a statement of charges to the On- tario Workman's Compensation Board. This statement the magistrate held to be a bill or account showing hope of reward. Council for the prosecution stated that the Ontario Medical Council did not desire to be in any way unfair to Dr. Metcalf. but insisted that he take out a ce tificate under either the Ontario or the Dominion Medical Coun- cil; that he is a resident of Bayfield for much of the time. and his practising is said to keep any other doctor from settling in Bayfield. The Doctor's ability is undoubted. and he could easily become qualified and takeout a certificate to practise in Ontario. PERSONAL MENTION. Dodd's Kidney Pills ATTENTION !
