On hearing of bis arrival in Goderich a car was sent to convey him huwe. On hive arrival here he was given a hearty reception on the street by the citizens of the village and sur• rounding vicinity. A torch procession, the heating of drums and various other demonstrations were sufficient proof to Robert that he waw heartily welcome. Mr. J.
