MISS STIRLING FlOMR. -It was with the greatest pleasure that the neighborhood learned last Monday of the safe arrival at St. John of Nursing Sister Maude Stir- ling, en route for home. Miss Stirling has been on active service since May, 1915, during which time she has cared for the sick and wounded in France, in Greece and in different hospitals in England. Some months ago she, with a few other Canadian nurses, were decorated by the King. at Buckingham Palace, with the order of the Royal Red Cows.
