The annual con- gregational meeting of Knox church was held on Monday evening, with a fair attendance. The meeting was opened with devotion- al exercises conducted bs the pastor, Rev. R. C. Mcllermid, after which Mr, C. A. Nairn, chairman of the board of maltage- ment, was elected chairman of the meet- ing and Mr. J. P. flume secretary. - The report of the session wag read by the pastor. It reviewed the conditions of the past year. mentioning especially the part which the cotlgrtgation Is having in the great war struggle through the gal- lant nun who are representing it in every field of actin.
